Location: Dubai</p>
<p>Our client is a leader in the field of customer centric, location aware solutions! We are looking to recruit a Solution Delivery Manager into their EMEA Professional Services Team. The role is to own the delivery of solutions into Mobile Network Operators (their clients) within the Middle East and African markets.</p>
<p>The delivery of solutions involves integration with the IT infrastructure at the customer premises, connectivity with the OSS, training delivery and consulting activities with the end users of the system (typically RF Planning and Optimisation Engineers, VIP and Corporate Account Management team, Service Operations, Device Management teams and Senior Management).  </p>
<p>Each project is delivered by a number of members of the Professional Services team including Deployment Engineers (for IT/OSS integration) and Subject Matter Experts (for Consulting and Training). The SDM will oversee all activities within this team.</p>
<p>The SDM will be the key point of contact for the customer for all deployment, training and mentoring activities involving solutions, therefore they shall be expected to manage and own all coordination activities within the company and the Customer during each deployment, including the ownership of statement of work and project planning and reporting documentation. </p>
<p>The SDM role will involve a reasonably significant amount of travel throughout Africa and the Middle East and will report to the Regional Director of Professional Services for EMEA.  The SDM can be based anywhere in the region and can therefore be home based.  It is preferred that the SDM holds a passport that makes it easy to travel in the region.</p>
<p>Personal Characteristics:        The ideal candidate will have:<br />
•	5-10 years’ experience in the Mobile Telecommunications industry<br />
•	Significant project management experience<br />
•	Experience in IT infrastructure/connectivity<br />
•	Knowledge of vendor OSS a distinct advantage<br />
•	Experience with RF Planning, Optimisation activities and the solutions within these domains (TEMS, AIRCOM Enterprise, Arieso, Actix, Atoll, NSN Netact, Huawei Smartcare, Optimi etc)<br />
•	A willingness to travel and be able to be on client site for extended periods (up to 2-4 weeks)<br />
•	Excellent customer facing and management skills<br />
•	Experience in GSM/UMTS/LTE Technologies (preferably within the RF domain)<br />
•	Experience with enterprise type solutions</p>

<p>Our Client is an international solutions provider for the Global Telecommunications and Enterprise technology space (OSS, Network Performance Management, Applications Performance Monitoring, etc. etc.). </p>
<p>Role Overview: We are looking to recruit a Lead Presales Consultant / Sales Engineer with international Business Consulting &#038; Presales experience targeting working with International Mobile Network operators &#038; Enterprises throughout Europe. </p>
<p>Role Focus: This is a Technical and commercial role to assist the Sales team in reaching the revenue goal by providing quality pre-sales technical support and presentations focused on articulating value to the prospective buyer. Represent our client as the product solution expert and insure that nothing technical causes the loss of or delay in closing a deal.  </p>
<p>Accountability and Scope:  This individual will report to the Regional Sales Director EMEA and will be required to have significant interaction and consultation with customers (in very much a TAM / Technical Account Management Capacity) and must have a solid understanding of the sales cycle and working with the Sales teams throughout the process.  </p>
<p>Essential Functions &#038; Major Responsibilities:  This person must have experience working with customers to understand their technical challenges and requirements and to effectively propose desired solutions. </p>
<p>•	Strong Network / Performance Management Experience Highly preferred<br />
•	Work strongly with Sales and Account Management.<br />
•	Investigate the prospects organizational hierarchy at the lower level and advise the Sales Teams.<br />
•	Assist the Sales Teams in making tactical decisions regarding the sale.<br />
•	Identify compelling events or specific business problems and offer attractive solutions to the client. Provide expert consultation to the prospect/customer in Our clients&#8217;s &#8216;best practices&#8217; techniques.<br />
•	Account responsibility for all lead technical activities. This includes building relationships across customer&#8217;s IT silos to document their infrastructure and understand their challenges and seek out potential projects. Also, the SE will directly assist Sales teams in achieving financial targets via the sales process and assisting sales in accurately assessing and forecasting opportunities, as well as create and deliver PoCs, complex demos, etc., for customers.<br />
•	Travel required within the assigned territory </p>

<p>Our Client is an international provider of Software (OSS) to international Telco Service Providers. We are looking to recruit a Solutions Architect / Principal Consultant into there Professional Services team:</p>
<p>The Solution Architect is responsible for the design and architectural assurance of solutions to either a single major client, or multiple smaller clients. Working in presales and post sales project implementations, the Solution Architect interacts with the clients, the project teams and the partner organisations to ensure that the product set is positioned correctly, that the design is “fit for purpose” and will deliver the expected end-user benefits. </p>
<p>THE PERSON<br />
•	Client facing professional able to discuss at all levels the technical complexities and benefits of our client’s products.<br />
•	Develop deep and respected relationships with customers, partners and our client’s staff.<br />
•	Be flexible when working with customers and partners; demonstrate a “can do” and “must win” attitude in finding not only technical solutions to customer requirements but to support customer budgetary expectations.<br />
•	Prepared to undertake challenging assignments away from home and work independently on-site with the customer and/or partner. Frequent travel.<br />
•	Support the wider Professional Services and Engineering teams in providing skills mentoring and education to others.<br />
•	Strong leadership and communications skills are essential. </p>
<p>KNOWLEDGE &#038; SKILLS<br />
•	More than 7 years’ experience as a senior technical member of a project or team, ideally working as an architect.<br />
•	Demonstrable experience as a technical team lead on complex business transformation projects (preferably in the telecommunications sector).<br />
•	Previous experience working in the telecommunications sector.<br />
•	Deep knowledge of networking technologies, especially IP and Optical.</p>
<p>DESIRABLE<br />
• Knowledge of OSS products and solutions – preferably network management or capacity planning.<br />
• OSS industry experience.<br />
• Graduate-level education in a technical/software discipline.<br />
• Software development experience.<br />
• Experience in customer operations or network organisations. </p>
